Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Pharmatech AI PCH Token Sale (“Token Sale”) provided by Pharmatech AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing PCH tokens (“Tokens”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Token Sale.

1. Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  2. Participation is not allowed in jurisdictions where the sale or use of digital tokens is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to comply with local regulations.

2. Token Sale

  1. Tokens will be sold at the launch price of $0.00675 per PCH token.

  2. All purchases are final. Tokens are non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with digital tokens.

  3. We reserve the right to modify the terms, timing, or availability of the Token Sale at any time.

3. Payment and Transaction

  1. Payments must be made in the accepted cryptocurrency or fiat method as indicated on our platform.

  2. Tokens will be issued to your account after receipt and confirmation of payment.

  3. You are responsible for any fees, network charges, or other costs associated with the payment.

4. No Investment Advice

  1. The Token Sale is not an offer to sell securities or investment advice.

  2. Tokens do not grant ownership, shares, dividends, or rights in Pharmatech AI or any affiliated entity.

  3. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult legal, tax, or financial advisors before purchasing.

5. Risks

  1. Tokens are digital assets and carry inherent risks including, but not limited to: market volatility, regulatory changes, technology risks, and loss of access due to forgotten credentials or security breaches.

  2. You acknowledge that the purchase of Tokens is at your own risk, and Pharmatech AI does not guarantee any profit or value.

6. User Responsibilities

  1. Keep your account credentials and wallet information secure.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

  3. You must provide accurate and truthful information during the purchase process.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharmatech AI will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the Token Sale.

  2. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of tokens, or inability to access tokens.

8. Privacy

All personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of the Token Sale (account creation, payment processing, token issuance). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property related to Pharmatech AI, including platform content, logos, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors.

  2. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without explicit permission.

10. Governing Law

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pharmatech AI is registered.

  2. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pharmatech AI regarding the Token Sale.

  2. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  3. By participating in the Token Sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
